Ukrainian Premier League 2026/27 Prediction League: a private score predictor for friends at home and abroad
The new Ukrainian Premier League season starts on Friday 31 July 2026. Every fixture is already in trefa.app - 240 matches between 16 clubs, running to June 2027. Set up a private prediction league for your friends, your supporters group or your colleagues, wherever in Europe they now live, with your own scoring rules and nothing staked.

A Ukrainian Premier League 2026/27 prediction league is a points game where your friends, colleagues or supporters group predict the exact scores of Ukrainian top-flight fixtures. The season starts on Friday 31 July 2026 and the app keeps the table.
In trefa.app the whole season is already loaded - 240 fixtures between 16 clubs. It opens on Friday 31 July 2026, when Zorya Luhansk host Kolos Kovalivka, and the last matchday is Friday 4 June 2027. Nothing is staked and nothing is paid out: no entry fee, no odds, no prize pot, just points and bragging rights. Predict the entire league, or only the fixtures of the club you actually support.
What a prediction league is - and why it isn't betting
Everyone in a closed group calls the same fixtures, the app compares each prediction with the real result and turns it into points. What makes it different from most of what a search for football predictions returns is what is missing: there is no stake, no entry fee, no odds and no prize fund. The app accepts no deposits and pays out no winnings.
That matters for two reasons. The obvious one is comfort: a group of colleagues, a school class or a supporters group can run a season-long contest without anyone collecting money or handing it over at the end. The other is that it is a different contest altogether. Against a bookmaker you play the house for a payout; here you play the people in your group chat, for a place in a table everyone can see.
How to set up a Ukrainian Premier League prediction league
It takes a few minutes on a phone or a laptop, and needs no technical knowledge.
- Sign in with Google. On the login page you sign in with your Google account. No password to invent, no registration form.
- Create a league and pick your club. Open create a league. A tree menu walks you through it - choose Football, then Ukrainian Premier League 2026/2027, then optionally tick the club whose fixtures you want.
- Set the rules and the colours. Configure the scoring the way your group argues it should work, and pick a colour palette.
- Invite people. The app generates a unique invite link and QR code. Send it into the Telegram or WhatsApp group, or post it to the community page. Whoever clicks, plays.
Do add it to your phone's home screen. Trefa.app is a PWA, so it is not in the App Store or on Google Play - you save it from the browser with one button and it behaves like a normal app. No regional store, no country switching, nothing for IT to approve.
What you predict, and how the points work
The core of every league is the exact score. You call 2-1, and how close you land decides what you take home: a perfectly correct scoreline, the right goal difference with the wrong scoreline, or simply the right winner.
There is no scoring system handed down from above. As the founder you decide what an exact score is worth, what a correct winner is worth and how a called draw is rated - so two leagues rarely look the same. For a starting point rather than a blank page, use the breakdown in scoring rules.
Groups who want more than a scoreline can also switch on predictions for the goalscorer, the assist and the time of the first goal, with the organiser setting the minute brackets. All of it is optional and all of it is scored automatically once the match finishes; the full list is on the features page. Nobody retypes results into a spreadsheet - the table recalculates itself after full time.
Predictions close the moment a match kicks off, so nothing can be changed afterwards. If your Friday evening tends to get away from you, the app pushes a reminder before the deadline.
All 16 clubs - or just yours
The 2026/27 line-up in the app is: Bukovyna, Chornomorets, Dynamo Kyiv, Epitsentr Dunayivtsi, Karpaty, Kolos Kovalivka, Kryvbas KR, Kudrivka, Livyi Bereh, LNZ Cherkasy, Metalist 1925 Kharkiv, Obolon'-Brovar, Polessya, Shakhtar Donetsk, Veres Rivne and Zorya Luhansk.
This is the feature supporters groups reach for first. Nobody enjoys inventing a scoreline for a midweek fixture between two clubs they have no feelings about - if you follow Shakhtar, you want to call Shakhtar games.
Team selection when you create the league lets you tick one club, or several. Everyone then sees only the fixtures your chosen clubs appear in, home and away. Nothing else from the division shows up or gets predicted. So out of 240 fixtures across the season, your list comes down to your club's 30.
You can adjust it later - if three matchdays in you decide the derby rival's games should count too, you add that club in the settings. The one limit: a club cannot be removed once somebody has predicted one of its fixtures. Tick nothing at setup and you get the full division. A wider look across Europe is in the supporters' club prediction league for national leagues 2026/27.
Following your club into Europe as well
Running one league for the domestic fixtures and a second for European nights means two leaderboards and twice the admin. The multi-league setting merges several competitions of the same sport into one prediction league: fixtures interleave into a single chronological list and points add up into one table. The Champions League, Europa League and Conference League are each in the app as their own competition, so you pick what you want at setup and can add more later - one that already has predictions on it cannot be pulled back out. A follow a club across leagues toggle then puts your club into every competition automatically. The continental season is covered in the European cups 2026/27 prediction league.
Your club's colours
So the league looks like it belongs to your group rather than to us, the admin can apply a colour palette drawn from real club colours.
The palettes are not named after clubs and this is not official club branding - just visual inspiration. Changing colours is cosmetic and touches nothing already predicted.
The 2026/27 season in numbers
Fixtures load automatically from a sports data feed, so you never enter a match, a date or a kick-off time by hand.

The rest of the opening round follows over that weekend and is already in the app. One note for anyone reading this outside Ukraine: kick-off times in the app are shown in Central European time, so the opener appears as 17:00 in Warsaw, Prague or Berlin, and 18:00 in Kyiv.
Why this works for supporters groups spread across countries
Plenty of people who follow this league no longer watch it from the same city, or the same country, as the friends they used to watch it with. Since 2022 there have been large Ukrainian communities across the European Union, and groups that once met in one place are now spread over several. A prediction league does not fix that. What it does is give a scattered group one shared ritual every matchday, with nobody to chase and nothing to collect.
Supporters groups and community organisations. A season-long table keeps a group talking between matchdays. It works the same for thirty people in one city and thirty people in six.
Friends and family. Five people in a Telegram or WhatsApp group get exactly the same league as a large community - an invite link, a table, done.
Workplaces. The season runs from July to June, most of a working year, and a prediction league is a low-key way for a mixed team to share something that is genuinely local to some of them.
Online communities. Running a club Facebook group, a Telegram channel or a Discord? A shared table lifts interaction and joining is one tap on an invite link.
When a prediction league isn't the right fit
Worth being straight about the limits. For a one-off call on a single fixture, a season-long table is overkill. If your group's whole point is playing for a cash pot, this is the wrong tool by design - there is deliberately no mechanism to take money in or pay it out. And if what you enjoy is transfers, budgets and a starting XI, that is fantasy football - a different game. What this does well is keep a fixed group engaged across a long season with nothing at stake but pride.

Frequently asked questions
When does the Ukrainian Premier League 2026/27 season start?
The season opens on Friday 31 July 2026, when Zorya Luhansk host Kolos Kovalivka. Kick-off is 17:00 Central European time, which is 18:00 in Kyiv. The season runs until Friday 4 June 2027.
Is a prediction league the same as betting?
No. There is no stake, no entry fee, no odds and no prize fund - the app accepts no deposits and pays out no winnings. You compete for points and a position in the table, not against a bookmaker.
How much does a Ukrainian Premier League prediction league cost?
A pool of up to five participants costs nothing; from the sixth member onwards it is charged per member. The current terms and prices are on the pricing page. It is not a betting company - you play for points and your place in the standings.
How many Ukrainian Premier League fixtures are ready in the app?
The whole season: 240 fixtures between 16 clubs, from 31 July 2026 to 4 June 2027. The schedule loads automatically from a sports data feed, so you never type in a fixture, a date or a kick-off time.
Can I predict only Dynamo Kyiv or only Shakhtar Donetsk matches?
Yes. Team selection lets you tick one club or several, and only the fixtures they appear in show up - home and away. Out of 240 league fixtures your list shrinks to your club's 30.
Can I combine the league with the European competitions?
Yes. The Champions League, Europa League and Conference League are separate competitions in the app, and the multi-league feature merges them into one chronological fixture list with one shared leaderboard. More in the European cups prediction league.
Can our group play from several different countries?
Yes. It is a web app with no regional restriction, kick-off times are shown in Central European time, and reminders arrive before each deadline - so nobody in a different time zone misses a match.
Do I have to download anything from the App Store?
No. Trefa.app is a PWA - you add it to your phone's home screen straight from the browser. There is nothing to download and nothing for IT to approve.
